Lisa Campbell, CEO
Lisa Campbell (she/her) is founder and CEO of Mercari Agency, helping cannabis companies come to market across Canada since the dawn of recreational legalization. She became a true cannabis expert by working extensively in international drug policy with Canadian Students for Sensible Drug Policy. Lisa holds a Master of Environmental Studies from York University and is a Canadian Institutes for Health Research (CIHR) Universities Without Walls alumnus.
Sean DeCory,
President
Sean (he/him) is a passionate sales rep with a diverse background in horticulture, education and media. His work has always focused around his passions and that extends to the Cannabis industry. Sean uses his knowledge and experience to educate customers, meet client needs and build long lasting relationships - working together to connect producers and consumers. He is also a published photographer/author as well as a community volunteer and coach.
Laina Yates,
National Portfolio Manager
Laina (she/her) was born in Toronto, moved to Kamloops about 10 years ago and now resides in Calgary, Alberta. She has worked in both the cannabis and fashion industry and has a passion for meeting and exceeding all her KPI’s! Laina is currently working towards a BA in Psychology and is excited to be able to bring her knowledge to the cannabis industry! She loves being able to spread as much knowledge as she can and educate those on all things cannabis.
Danielle Harris, Sales Director
Danielle Harris (she/her) was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta and currently resides there. She has over 16 years of CPG experience coming from various sales, operational, and marketing roles within the alcohol and cannabis industries. She has worked for some of the biggest and most recognized brands like Budweiser and Storz & Bickel. Her passion for cannabis and winning in market is unmatched. She enjoys mentoring and developing people, and creating meaningful relationships with her network and customers. She is obsessed with everything cannabis, animals, and gardening.
Angela Vawn, Marketing Coordinator
Angela (she/her) grew up in Sarnia, ON as a misfit who was obsessed with art, fashion, music, and design. Graduating in 2008 with a Marketing diploma from an Art School, she quickly found a summer job at a local headshop when everything changed. She fell in love with educating the general public about cannabis and cannabis accessories. Outgrowing her hometown, she moved to Toronto and was hired at The Hot Box Cafe, only to realize this industry was her new home. Now, with 15 years of experience in sales, relationship building, marketing, and product innovation, she continues to create eccentric trade marketing materials and routes to market for everyone to better understand cannabis.
Chariti Briosi,
Vancouver Island Territory Manager
Originally from the prairies, Chariti (she/her) made Vancouver Island, BC her home since she was a teenager. As a Customer Service and Retail Experience instructor, she brings a unique perspective to our team. When Chariti isn't in her art studio, she is helping introduce people to the gentle wonders of Cannabis.
Meagan Merrett, BC Interior Territory Manager
Meagan began her exploration of cannabis when a BC Cannabis Store opened in her hometown of Quesnel, BC. She worked as a Cannabis Consultant and took pride in educating customers to ensure they had the best possible experience with their products. She has since relocated to Kelowna, BC, and is eager to continue sharing her knowledge and passion for cannabis. During her free time, she enjoys discovering the beauty of the Okanagan with her husband and their adorable wiener dog, Molly.
Blaze Rodrigues,
Northern Ontario Territory Manager
Blaze is originally from North Bay, ON. He attended Canadore College for Broadcasting: Television & Video Production, as well as Post Production. Blaze started his career in the cannabis industry in early 2020 as a Budtender for Tokyo Smoke and later on, Kana Leaf North Bay. After receiving a promotion to help manage a new Kana Leaf he moved to Ottawa, ON! After working there for a year he received an offer to be a Brand Ambassador for Mercari Agency and shortly after was promoted to Territory Manager! His hobbies are growing cannabis, going to music festivals and going for long drives!
Bryan Houghton, Saskatchewan Territory Manager
Bryan (He/Him) was born in Calgary and has been living in Lethbridge, Alberta for the past 5 years after moving there for school. He has a diverse background in the cannabis industry, having worked as a legacy market Budtender, a Licensed producer as a grow team member, a retail Budtender, and currently as a Brand Ambassador. His passion for the plant stems from his extensive experience with it in various capacities over the years.

Kyle was born in Lockport, a small town in the prairies of Manitoba, and he now resides in Winnipeg. With over 13 years of sales and customer service experience, Kyle has always enjoyed building unique and long lasting connections with clients and colleagues. Outside of work life, he enjoys eating out at new restaurants and indulging in all things sports from spectating to collecting memorabilia.
Amorae Russell, Southern Ontario Territory Manager
Amorae (she/her) was born and raised in Strathroy, Ontario, moving to London in 2019 for college. Always having a passion for community involvement and helping people in need, she dove into cannabis early into legalization, and her love for the industry was born. Spending the last five years in the industry, she has delved deep into the sales component, and grown a thorough understanding of the plant and it’s history. She prides herself on being a reliant and trustworthy face in the field. In her spare time, wellness and volunteer work are some of her other passions.
Tamara Locke, Calgary Brand Ambassador
Part-time Brand Ambassador, full-time cannabis enthusiast! Blazing a trail through the ever-growing world of green, Tamara is passionate about connecting people with the best products to elevate their experience. With a knack for building relationships and a love for all things cannabis, she is on a mission to gain a deeper understanding of this vibrant industry as she flourishes alongside it. When Tamara is not talking about terpenes or THC percentages, you will find her hitting the books to complete her studies in Business Administration/Human Resources, exploring nature, volunteering in the community, or enjoying the high life!

Baljit has a passion for helping small business owners and individuals to manage and grow their financial well-being. With her accounting knowledge, skills, problem solving and attention to detail she has joined the Mercari team. She holds an accounting degree from Guelph University in Business Administration and Accounting. Apart from her passion for numbers, Baljit enjoys a healthy lifestyle starting from diet to staying active and practicing mindful meditation to keep her cognitive and physical abilities at optimal performance.
Dr. Steven Campbell,

Dr. Steven Campbell (he/him) is the President of Mercari Agency, and the founder of Lifford Wine & Spirits. Dr. Campbell spent 16 years in the restaurant industry before acquiring Lifford and scaling it up from a two room office to a national distributor of wine, spirits, beer, cider, RTD and cannabis. In 2020 Dr. Campbell sold Lifford Wine & Spirits, going independent with Mercari Agency to focus solely on cannabis. In addition to Mercari, Steven is the ambassador for Campbell Kind Wines, a line sold across Canada featuring many of the family owned vineyards he has worked with around the world over the last 25 years. At age 66 he received an honorary doctorate of law from York University for his work as a green business leader. Dr. Campbell is passionate about saving the environment, food, wine, traveling and helping brands craft their stories.
